Day 9 of the stamp preview has brought us the Heart Health stamp. The goal of this stamp is to raise awareness for leading cause of death in the United States, Coronary Heart Disease (CHD).
There are many things you can do to lower your risk of CHD. Exercising and eating right are just two of those things. It is my hope that each and everyone of you reading this is taking good care of yourself. Perhaps someday in the future we can see CHD drop from the leading killer.
This stamp was illustrated by Nicholas Wilton. He is also known in the stamp world for creating the Celebrate stamp shown below.
Which of his stamps do you like the best?
I did like the celebrate, but I'm diging the new one!
ReplyDeleteFantastic stamps both! Love graphics like this...good tom see a photo of you! xox Corrine
ReplyDeleteOMG! Oh, my goodness! Golly, wow! Am glad I checked in with you. I only meant to take refreshing pause, then stayed to catch up. It was worth it. :) Oh, the joy that comes from a CPT post(s)!
ReplyDeleteThere's so much to say, but I will have to save it all for another day. You deserve your Brad. :) He sounds like a sweet guy. TTYL.
And such a lovely, sweet face! :D It matches your personality.
I like the Celebrate stamp, but I'm not so crazy about this new stamp. I love the topic/cause, I'm just not so excited about the design.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was high time I post a photo instead of the other icon. It is a year or so old...but my looks havent changed at all.
ReplyDeleteLimner- Something fun is headed your way. =) And a proper thank you for the journal will come sometime soon as well.
Maria- I agree. I don't really know how I would have designed it, but I don't much care for this one.
