Have any of you signed up for the Informed Delivery service that is offered by the USPS? I just requested my verification (by mail of course), but this has be curious if anyone else is using this service?
I used it when I was still in the states and it was pretty cool. One downside is that most mail art doesn't get scanned properly or at all. I noticed most mail that shows up in the informed delivery is junk or plain pieces of mail. There were several times the informed delivery would have a few pieces of junk mail only and then I'd check my mailbox and have a lot more mail.
Another tip is to save the emails you get, if you ever want to refer back to when you might have received something. I'm pretty sure you can only see up to a week when you log in online.
I agree with Tara -- most of my mail art isn't scanned at all but the junk mail sure is! It does do a good job with the packages tho - every one shows up online so I know when to watch for them.

It's not super useful but it is fun!
