There was a giveaway in this months Letters & Journals newsletter. And I decided to take the challenge. It was to photograph or draw a mailbox.
I had been working on some sketches of mailboxes recently so I thought I'd actually finish one for this contest. The mailbox pictured is similar to the one my very first penpal letters arrived in while in middle school. I miss that mailbox.
